The GRIT Summer Intensive system is designed as ONE unified training experience rather than random themed camps.

Each week may emphasize:

  • acceleration

  • deceleration

  • elasticity

  • rotational power

  • change of direction

  • reactive movement

However, every intensive includes:

  • speed training

  • jumping

  • agility

  • reaction work

  • force production

  • competition

The focus is always:
Helping athletes become more athletic overall.

CAMP FORMAT

Every-other-week intensives

Mondays - Thursdays

80 Minutes / day

Week-based training blocks

  • Higher-energy environment

  • Higher training volume

  • Max 20 athletes per group
