GRIT Performance Group Training are year-round athletic development memberships designed to build movement quality, speed, strength, coordination, and overall athleticism through the GRIT Method.

These are NOT random fitness classes.

This is structured athletic development with:

  • repeatable systems

  • scalable coaching

  • consistent progression

  • clear pathways into higher-level GRIT programs

The year-round system is designed to create:

CLASS DIVISIONS

  • Build the athletic foundation young athletes need before advanced strength and performance training.

    This Division focuses on:

    • coordination

    • rhythm

    • body control

    • sprint mechanics

    • landing mechanics

    • reactive movement

    • deceleration basics

    • movement literacy

    • fun competition

  • This Division is designed to develop athletic movement efficiency during the prime age for skill acquisition.

    It focuses on:

    • acceleration

    • deceleration

    • change of direction

    • intro force production

    • intro elasticity

    • med ball work

    • bodyweight strength

    • movement sequencing

  • This is where we build elite-level athleticism for competitive athletes.

    Here, we focus on:

    • advanced force production

    • rotational power

    • elasticity

    • advanced COD

    • deceleration strategies

    • reactive drills

    • tissue capacity work

    • higher-level athletic performance

60-Minute Classes

1. Dynamic Prep + Drivers (10 min)

  • arm drivers

  • foot drivers

  • mobility

  • rhythm

  • tissue prep

2. Elastic / Reactive Block (10 min)

  • pogos

  • skips

  • low-level plyos

  • rhythm jumps

  • reactive drills

3. Speed / COD / Decel (15 min)

  • acceleration

  • deceleration

  • lateral movement

  • reaction work

4. Strength / Force Production (15 min)

  • split squats

  • med balls

  • TRX

  • sleds

  • landmine work

  • dumbbells

  • carries

  • bodyweight strength

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • Registered athletes can join anytime

  • Classes are NOT progression locked

  • Each Class is held 2x per week (every Mondays and Thursdays, 5:00 PM)

  • Training rotates through structured GRIT performance blocks

  • Every session stands alone while still following GRIT principles

  • Classes will consist of a minimum of 8 athletes enrolled and a maximum of 16 athletes enrolled per class.
