PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Registered athletes can join anytime
Classes are NOT progression locked
Each Class is held 2x per week (every Mondays and Thursdays, 5:00 PM)
Training rotates through structured GRIT performance blocks
Every session stands alone while still following GRIT principles
Classes will consist of a minimum of 8 athletes enrolled and a maximum of 16 athletes enrolled per class.
